Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will make every effort to replace missing or defective individual game items at no cost to you.

Returns and refunds are accepted on new, unopened games, with the shrink wrap intact. Buyers will cover the cost of return shipping in all cases, including shipping insurance equal to the original purchase price. Returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return and refund requests on games that have been removed from the shrink wrap may be granted at our sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@westcoastbiasgames.com if you have an issue that needs attention.
